DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 7 x 24 first layer support for incidents in a timely manner
- Responsible and execute daily patrolling
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for scheduled and non-scheduled activities
- Delivery of operation report, management report and customer report
- Ensure SLA achievement
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- With 1 year working experience
- Willing to take shift duty
