DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide 7 x 24 first layer support for incidents in a timely manner
  • Responsible and execute daily patrolling
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for scheduled and non-scheduled activities
  • Delivery of operation report, management report and customer report
  • Ensure SLA achievement

 

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • With 1 year working experience
  • Willing to take shift duty
