DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Purpose:
This role is to manage the engineering infrastructure for our Data Centers. To lead and execute preventive maintenance and perform first tier incident support within predefined KPI/SLA.
Job Responsibilities:

Interface with internal DC teams to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in services delivered.

Manage and motivate various 7x24 teams to execute the patrolling of DC facilities, preventive maintenance in a timely manner

Co-work with DC Project team to proper handover of new built facilities

Manage third party vendor to ensure performance adherence to industry best practice

Recommended the continuous improvement opportunities to improve the performance for DC infrastructure

Establish and maintain the standard operating and emergency operating procedure for front line operation
Job Requirements:

Degree in Engineering / BMS / critical facilities are welcome

10 years of relevant experience which 7 years are mission critical facilities is preferred.

Experience in service provider

Spoken English and Chinese

REW B0 or above is preferred

With ISO 45001 / 50001 Implementation is preferred
