Job Responsibilities

-          Collaborate with Sales, Enterprise Architects to understand client needs and create proposals.

-          Craft the detail solution designs, diagrams, BoMs and competitive positioning; contribute to SOW assumptions and risk registers.

-          Liaise with 3rd party vendors, if any, to ensure the proposed solutions are competitive in technical and commercial aspects.

-          Ensure customer expectations will be met and aligned with service delivery capabilities.

-          Participate in technical qualifications, solution architecting, consulting and project management.

-          Plan and deliver tailored demos and POCs

-          Conduct in-depth research on latest technological developments trends for strategic business planning

-          Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the managed solutions provided are innovative, efficient, and cost-effective.

Job Requirements

-          A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is typically required, along with experience in managing IT services.

-          Minimum 8 years of experience as Solution architect or a related field that focus on Enterprise solutions in Data Center, Network, Hybrid Cloud and Managed Services

-          Technical knowledge and experience in Data Center, network and multi cloud platforms solutions such as Azure, AWS, Hypervisor Solutions. Certainly, it will be an advantage if the candidate has experience in Managed Service which align with ITIL service framework

-          Experience in IT architecture, strategy or solution design experience in complex Enterprise environments

-          Support & govern the technological solutions to enable the Client's future-state business capabilities that, in turn, drive the organization's targeted business outcomes.

-          Solid experience in collaborating with client's business units from technology strategy and strategic architecture development through solution design and project delivery

-          Competent in English and Chinese

-          Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both business and technological contexts.

-          Proven demonstration of sound business acumen.

-          Holder of ITIL v3 or v4 / Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert / AWS Certified Architect - Associate are highly desirable
