Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:
   • Possess a good understanding of data center infrastructure technologies, covering power, cooling, fire services, physical security, etc, and network infrastructure technologies like IEPL, DIA, MPLS as well as managed network and managed network security services
   • Knowledge of industry-standard data center and network solutions and architectures.
   • Ability to design complex data center & network solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
2. Solution Design and Architecture:
   • Develop comprehensive data center and network solutions based on customer needs and technical requirements, as well as according to our service offerings
   • Leverage on the Company’s global data center and network offerings to address customer’s global deployment requirements
   • Create detailed solution diagrams, technical proposals, and presentations that articulate the value proposition of the proposed solution.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to craft compelling proposals that address customer pain points and differentiate our offerings.
3. Customer Engagement:
   • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, via phone call, online meetings, face-to-face meetings or other means of communication
   • There will be overseas business trips from time to time for customer meetings, data centre tours, marketing events, or as required by the Company
   • Conduct data centre tours, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our data center and network solutions.
   • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the presales process.
4. Sales Support:
   • Partner with the sales team to drive revenue growth through presales activities.
   • Provide technical expertise during sales calls, meetings, and presentations.
   • Assist in terms of technical enquiries for service renewals
   • Assist in the creation of sales collateral, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
5. Product Knowledge:
   • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
   • Deep understanding of data center and network products and solutions offered by our company.
   • Ability to articulate the benefits and features of our products in a clear and compelling manner.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, DC and NW operation, sales administration, product management, and marketing.
   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical solutions.
   • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance the overall effectiveness of the presales team.
7. Customer Support:
   • Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
   • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customer.
8. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
   • Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
   • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver clear and impactful messages.
9. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple presales engagements simultaneously.
   • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
   • Coordinate with internal teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in data center or network industry in customer’s facing roles like presales and sales
• Experience in designing data center and network solutions and project management for large scale enterprises
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mechanical / Electronic or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in data center and network technologies (e.g., CDCP, Uptime ATS / P, CCNA / NP / IE, etc)
• Continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
