DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Marketing & Innovation Strategy
  • Assist in developing product positioning and messaging for new offerings
  • Support go-to-market planning and launch activities
  • Help prepare sales enablement materials and internal communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and business goals

 

  1. Brand, PR & Communications
  • Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistency across channels
  • Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and internal communications
  • Help manage social media presence and content calendar
  • Contribute to storytelling and thought leadership efforts

 

  1. Digital Marketing, Analytics & Campaign Execution
  • Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns (eDMs, landing pages, social media)
  • Use CRM tools to segment audiences and track campaign performance
  • Support website updates and creation of digital assets
  • Conduct website traffic and engagement analysis using tools like GA4
  • Analyze lead-to-sales conversion funnels and campaign effectiveness
  • Support SEM/SEO initiatives and explore AI tools for marketing automation

 

  1. Event Planning & Partner Engagement
  • Support planning and logistics for marketing, corporate and sales events and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for event execution
  • Assist in preparing event materials and post-event reports
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new engagement formats

 

Requirements:

  • Good communications and English language skills
  • Detail-oriented and experienced with MS excel
  • Confident and enjoy meeting customers
  • Preferably major in Business, Marketing, Arts, Social Sciences, or Journalism
