Job Summary

This role supports the design, development, documentation, and lifecycle management of managed service offerings such as IT infrastructure support, monitoring, cybersecurity, cloud management, backup, and end-user services. Also to ensures service packages meet customer needs, align with delivery capability, and remain competitive in the market.

 

Responsibility

  1. Support managed platform engineering services, including the architecture, maintenance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure (PoC), tools, and automation scripts used in service delivery.
  2. Collaborate with operations teams to enhance service reliability through performance monitoring, escalation management, and optimization of deployment processes to minimize service disruption.
  3. Support the productization of managed services by transforming bespoke client solutions into standardized, scalable, and repeatable service offerings.
  4. Contribute to solution design and pre-sales activities for managed services opportunities, including the preparation of responses to customer enquiries and standard service proposals.
  5. Provide MS service quoting support, prepare standard internal quotes by consolidating information and data provided by team members.
  6. Support Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process coordination in accordance with company procedures, including purchase requisition creation, quotation version control, internal order management, and inventory tracking.
  7. Participate in service transition activities to ensure the effective handover of all required information, documentation, and operational requirements from the provisioning team to the business-as-usual (BAU) operations team.
  8. Maintain and update technical documentation related to the managed services framework to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational readiness.
  9. Support product and operational processes, including system record maintenance, process documentation, approval tracking, and management reporting.

 

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, cloud computing, or network security.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  4. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms , such as Azure, AWS, Google..etc
  5. Familiarity with common network security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
  6. Hand on experience on service monitoring  platform & dashboard with Zabbix, Wazuh, Nagios, Grafana, Jira, ELK, PostgreSQL, Apachie and Syslog are preferred
  7. Experience with scripting languages & knowledge base such as Ansible, Python, PowerShell, CMDBuilds, or Docmost is a plus.
  8. Knowledge of HPC platform, such as application turning with different type of compiler (e.g amd aocc, intel oneapi), the Parallel Job Scheduling (e.g slurm and luster)  is a plus.
  9. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
