DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Scope:
 

Our company offers state-of-art IT services to multi-national enterprises including Data Centre, Network Connectivity, Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, Mobility and IoT solutions. This position is responsible to implement, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding IT infrastructures in order to maintain high quality services to our customers.  The role will also be responsible for provisioning customer orders, response and provide technical solution to resolve customer issues within a stringent timeline.

Job Requirements:

Infrastructure Implementation

• Liaise with Product on implementation, configuration and troubleshooting on cloud infrastructure (Virtualization, Hardware, Storage and Networking) for supporting new Services and customers. 

Assure & Operations Support

• Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting our multiple cloud infrastructure to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure services
• Coordinate and manage vendors in fault resolution when necessary to rectify problems
• Manage troubleshooting and root cause analysis with vendors on all systems
• Perform upgrades, patches and tuning to improve platform performance
• Monitor the cloud infrastructure and application performance to meet with required KPIs
• Accommodate complex infrastructure change request

Customer Implementation

• Provisioning of customer orders on Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, System Integration and other Managed Solutions on case basis
• Manage the customer onboarding smoothly with proper handover to operation team
• Evaluate and implement change requests from customers

Process & Quality Management

• Enforce compliance with ISO9001 and ISO27001 in daily operation to ensure service is up to standard.
• Support the development and implementation of relevant tools to improve the operation efficiency and customer experience. 
• Manage the inventory to fulfil daily operations requirements. 

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 3 years of experience in ISP / ICT industries
• Professional certificates in Microsoft, Linux, VMware (e.g. MCP, MCSE, LPI, VCP) preferred
• Knowledge of Windows servers, Linux servers is a MUST
• Knowledge of TCP, UDP, Routing, NAS, SAN, VPN and Virtual technology
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with ease
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
