Job Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

General Ledger Management:

Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger.

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and posted.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Compliance and Controls:

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.

Work Experience:
-
At least 3 years of experience in commercial accounting or finance, with a focus on general ledger and financial reporting.

Previous audit experience is preferrable.

Telco experience is preferrable

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
