Job Description: 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose: 

To develop and implement client engagement strategies, achieve client satisfaction and retention targets, and drive business growth and profitability by upselling the company's services and products to potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Upsell the company's services and products to potential clients to maximize revenue.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and implement promotional activities and client engagement campaigns.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Prepare and present client reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field.

  • Know-how and understanding in digital transformation, including understanding of modernizing and innovating business processes, leveraging technology stacks, and supporting clients through their transformation journey.

  • Strong understanding of the IT market, including current trends, key players, and competitive landscape. 

  • Proven experience in client management, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Work experience in telecommunications or other technology companies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective client engagement strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.

  • Fluency in English and Putonghua is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
